Was driving home from school pick up on cirby (around fire station) when I noticed a person TOPLESS walking the sidewalk. At first I thought from the side kt was just a male with long hair
NoPE. SHE HAD developed breasts, just out and about for everyone to see 🤣🤣😆 I could not believe what I was seeing! She looked confused. I called non emergency. I hope she got home safe. Did anyone see this ?!?!
