:-) Как только ствол дерева на заднем дворе достигает 55 дюймов в обхвате, пора  его, дерево, рубить. Потом это обойдётся  дороже.

Касается только владельцев недвижимости в San Jose.

A street tree permit is required for planting, pruning, or removing a street tree regardless of size. A tree removal permit
is required to remove any tree located on a single-family or duplex
property that has a circumference of 56 inches or greater. No permit is
required to remove a tree of less than 56 inches in circumference or to
plant or prune a tree on single-family or duplex property.
